According to Uttam Tibrewal, Executive Director, AU Small Finance, ‘This facility is available to customers of the bank, regardless of the type of banking relationship they have (credit card, loan, savings, digital savings, basic service savings, current account, etc.) ‘ Tibrewal told that Prime Minister Jan Dhan account holders of AU SFB can also take advantage of video banking service.

In a press note issued by AU SFB, it was said that the bank’s customers can access more than 400 services through 24×7 video banking service. According to the information given on the bank’s website, these facilities include address updating, loan enquiry, credit card KYC, FD, recurring deposit, fastag recharge, request for check book and other facilities.
